Win back lost clients automatically
A lost client isn't gone forever. After 4 rebooking attempts with no response, Continuum marks them as lost and launches a dedicated win-back SMS campaign — optionally including their loyalty rewards balance to give them a reason to come back.
How the win-back flow works
Client completes an appointment → enters rebooking cadence
4 rebooking reminders sent over several weeks with no response
Client is automatically marked as "lost" in Continuum
Win-back campaign launches — a dedicated SMS sequence designed to re-engage
Optionally includes loyalty rewards balance (Allē, etc.) to incentivize return
Client rebooks → marked as active again, re-enters normal cadence
Loyalty rewards make win-backs more effective
When a client has unused rewards sitting in their loyalty account, that's a powerful motivator. Continuum can optionally pull in Allē wallet balances and include them in the win-back message:
This is optional — if your clinic doesn't use Allē or any loyalty program, the win-back campaign works just as well without it.
