Built because salon and med spa owners kept saying the same thing.

Continuum wasn't born in a startup incubator. It was built from years of working with salons and med spas and hearing the same frustration over and over: “We keep losing clients because nobody follows up.”

The problem we kept hearing

Working closely with salons and med spas, the same pain point came up in every conversation: clients would come in, love their service, and then disappear. Not because the experience was bad — but because nobody followed up.

The front desk was already busy checking people in, managing the schedule, and handling walk-ins. Following up with 2,500+ clients manually? Impossible. Generic tools like Podium sent the same message to everyone — they didn't understand that a Botox client needs a different cadence than a HydraFacial client.

So we built Continuum. We automated review requests 90 minutes post-appointment, set up service-specific rebooking cadences, and launched win-back campaigns for lost clients. Every cadence, every message, every timing was tested on real clients at real salons and med spas.

The results were immediate: more Google reviews, higher rebooking rates, and clients who felt genuinely taken care of. Only after proving it worked did we open it up to the industry.
